Opens the dashboard in the browser, or prints the link where there is no browser to open.

div dashboard --no-browserOpens divergentlabs.xyz/?rd=dashboard, which sends a signed-in browser on to the dashboard. Over SSH, where nothing can open a browser, or with --no-browser, the link goes to stdout instead, for a person to open wherever their browser is.
It needs no key and asks the API nothing.
